Order Cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within one hour to increase the chances of it being successfully changed or canceled. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, the order can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
We provide a comprehensive satisfaction guarantee for all products found to be defective, damaged during shipping, or for any order delivered late (over 10 days after shipment). Kindly inform us of the issue, and we will promptly provide a return address. Subsequently, you may opt for a replacement or a refund, as per your preference. Please note that to ensure clarity and avoid any misunderstandings, we may request video proof before issuing a refund. Additionally, all items included in the original order must be returned to us or our designated partner. Upon receiving and verifying the return of all ordered items, we will promptly issue a full refund.
Customers have the right to return their order within 30 days of delivery.

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
We do not issue refunds if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing an incomplete/wrong shipping address).
