Order Cancellation
All orders may be canceled until processed. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 15 minutes to increase the chances of a successful change or cancellation. Keep in mind, this does not guarantee cancellation as we now process every order immediately to ship as soon as possible. Once the processing, packaging or shipping process begins, the order can no longer be canceled. Any order with multiple discount codes will be canceled.
Refunds
We provide a comprehensive satisfaction guarantee for all products found to be defective, damaged during shipping, or for any order delivered late (over 10 business days after shipment). Kindly inform us of the issue, and we will promptly provide a return address. You will have 30 days after the package is marked as "delivered" in your tracking link to submit a request. Subsequently, you may opt for a replacement or a refund, as per your preference. Please note that to ensure clarity and avoid any misunderstandings, we may request video proof before issuing a refund. Additionally, all items included in the original order must be returned to us or our designated partner. Upon receiving and verifying the return of all ordered items, we will promptly issue a full refund.
Customers have the right to return their order within 30 days of delivery if it is defective or in the event of any late delivery.

Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the received package was defective.
We do not issue refunds if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing an incomplete/wrong shipping address).
